The Bosque Da Ribeira Residence Holds A Harmonious Relationship With Its Surroundings

The Bosque da Ribeira Residence is a lovely home designed and completed by Anastasia Arquitetos. It is situated in Nova Lima, a city close to Belo Horizonte, Brazil and covers a surface of 650 square meters. The house stands on a slope and it carefully follows the terrain’s inclination and is well integrated in the site, respecting its shapes. The first level of the residence holds a lounge room, bathroom and sauna. The next level holds the social areas and the last, the private ones.

The home is dominated by a rich use of concrete and wood, and has a close connection to its natural surroundings through its large open spaces that take full advantage of the lovely views over the greenery. The neutral color palette that paints the home matches nicely with the natural colors from outside and is enhanced by the natural light that comes through the large openings and floor to ceiling glass walls. The exterior of the home invites you to come outside and relax on the terrace or enjoy a nice swim in the pool.
