The Bayside Residence is a large triplex house designed and completed by the team from Grzywinski+Pons in 2008. It measures 3200 square feet and rests in the Bayside neighborhood, New York, USA. The contemporary residence is a family’s home, keeping three generations inside, and its design matches with everybody’s needs and tastes. Its exterior appearance is modern and keeps things nice and simple, without drawing too much attention when you pass it by. The simplicity continues on the inside, which is also designed in a minimalistic manner. The customers wanted an open and functional environment and the team of architects did a great job with following these requirements. They focused on bringing lots of natural light inside for brightening the place up and also organized the living spaces for being enjoyed by everybody. The family also has a swimming pool for relaxing and spending quality time together.
