Above Californian Hills West Hollywood Residence Rises

In the Californian hills, West Hollywood rises as a modern house inspired by the owners’ needs and passions – a beautiful project of remodeling, a result of (fer) studio from Los Angeles. The whole thing was about maximizing the superb landscape from above, so the two level house was reoriented to West, letting the sun enter the master bedroom, situated in South, with views over the backyard pool.

The interior is Asian inspired, as the owners are big fans of travelling in countries like Thailand and Cambodia. You can feel the oriental influences in the decoration, as well, along with the predominating accents of wood. The bright living room offers lots of space, but when having 4,500 square feet to play with, room is not a problem anymore.

The atmosphere can become easily intimate, as there’s a fireplace ready to warm up the spirits. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms at the ground level and downstairs the kitchen is partly open, being connected with the living area and overall, the house invites you to relaxation. It could be the exotic vegetation outside, reviving the air, but that’s Hollywood!
