A Spanish Approach For The Contemporary Mino River House

Sitting right above the Mino River, this gorgeous Spanish home is nothing but a delight for the eyes. As modern homes are abounded by concrete and glass compositions, the Mino River house makes no exception either. Yet, grey is a pretty heavy color, so blending it with different warm colors used for the interior furnishings made it all so much more alive.

If you generally expect to see the pool set in the backyard, expect different from this house. Spread on two levels, the upper living area is called “The Eye”, as it offers such great panoramic views over the river and beyond, and it is surrounded by a pool.

Don’t be surprised to see the garage perched at the second floor, too. It’s the slopping setting that tricks you, the garage being actually built on the ground. In the courtyard, a little concrete island hosts a small relaxation area, with chairs around an outdoor fireplace.
