A Piece Of Europe In California – Spanish Colonial Residence

The Latin vibe sits in Altadena, California, thanks to this lovely Spanish Colonial Residence that dates since 1925. Today, after a restoration in 2007, the place looks incredible. It’s like going back in the past and having a wonderful history tour. French doors, amazing gardens, arched windows and fine finishes that impress with their elegancy are just some of the things that define this home.

The place has a total of an acre of gardens and 3,210 square feet held by the house. Inside, there are six bedrooms, with the master bedroom and its large balcony, two spacious bathrooms and the kitchen that has an outside terrace.

Stone pathways come through the gardens and the pool is ready to give not only cooling experiences, but spa experiences, as well. This is a little corner of old Europe brought to California and it can be owned by anyone willing to pay $2,395,000 for it.
