$34.1 Million Portabello Residence Tops Any Expectations

The-Portabello-Residence-5

Eight bedrooms, 2000 square foot master suite, ten bathrooms and five half bathrooms – contrary to what you expect, this is not a small hotel, but one huge house. Located in Corona Del Mar, California, the 22,000 square foot construction was finished in 2010 and sold in the same year for $34.1 million.

But Portabello Residence is worth the money. From the luxurious features of the imposing estate, a garage for 16 cars, two bowling alleys, theater room, private beaches and stunning oceanfront views can be mentioned. At some point, you even get the impression that you’re not in a home, anymore, but somewhere in a very extravagant complex gathering some of the most exquisite shops, as the rooms are arranged to display everything through show-windows.

Other than that, the exterior pools among rocks and palm trees blend into the natural landscape, but with an additional opulent touch, to match the style of this residence, too.
