Google must be one of the great companies that have finally understood how important the work environment is for their employees. Besides rigor and strictness that characterizes Google’s work, its office in Tel Aviv tells a different story. It tells a story involving fun spaces, rooms with soft couches, views from floor-to-ceiling windows over the city at very high floors and inspirational elements to stimulate the mind.
Don’t be surprised to see a room arranged just like a garden, with orange trees for a fresh air and wood benches; it’s ordinary for Google. Employees can even have their lunch in here. That or they can just use the impressive kitchen having numerous tables in a scenario mixing a restaurant look and the private atmosphere of a dining room.
But cubicals remain cubicals, sweetened only by a not so corporate uniform given by the brick white walls and concrete structure. Now, who doesn’t want to work for Google?
