Simple, Stylish And Close To Nature: The Black White Residence

Black-White-Residence-2

If you generally enjoy simple, but stylish homes defined by straight, clean lines, my guess is that you’ll like the Black White Residence from Bethesda, USA. It was designed by David Jameson and is an award-winning residential project for the wonderful job that has been done for renovating it. As you might have guessed, its name describes the color palette which dominates its exterior and interior appearance, being warmed up by a rich use of wood and a great deal of natural light that enters through the numerous floor to ceiling glass walls.

The home enjoys a nice little corner surrounded by vegetation, offering some delightful views to its inhabitants, as well as their needed privacy. Although being pretty simple and minimalist on the interior, this contemporary piece of architecture will be very comfortable and welcoming for the ones who fancy this kind of design. It focuses on opening the home towards nature and this nature-house connection is one of the most important accessories that a residence should have. At least in my book.
