One+ modular home: simple and practical way of living

One+ is a house concept that is bringing a touch of simplicity on the life of those who appreciate the practical ways of living. Made by the Swedish company Add-a-room, One+ concept allows users to build their home through prefabricated
modules.

The designer of this system is the Danish architect Lars Frank Nielsen. The concept consists in 15m square rooms as building blocks for dwellings. The costs are very low since the units are assembled on location, simplifying a lot the building process.

Users can choose from different types of modules and combine them to make unique and elegant houses, wherever they like. They also have the possibility to create their own design, by contacting the Swedish company. The price for a basic unit start from 35.000 dollars.
