A beautiful home from Badajoz, Spain, is all about welcoming nature inside and spoiling its inhabitants with privacy and an eye-pleasing landscape. It’s known as the House in an Oak Grove and has been developed by Murado & Elvira Arquitectos in 2007.
The open spaces are embellished with different plants that naturally grow in their spots. The house doesn’t interfere with their natural being, also acting very friendly with its other green surroundings, this way creating a close relationship with nature and especially with the oak grove that holds precious family memories. The home has a simplistic design that is enhanced by the natural light that passes through the floor to ceiling glass walls. The house “opens” up, having sliding doors that secure it when it needs to be closed and are opened when the inhabitants desire to enjoy the benefits of having a home with almost no boundaries between inside and outside.
