Elegance And Sophistication Inside De Waterkant By SAOTA

De-Waterkant-1

The team members from SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects) have been busy little bees in 2013 and developed, among other projects, a gorgeous looking duplex apartment from Cape Town, South Africa. Named after the well-known neighborhood it sits in, De Waterkant breathes elegance, luxury and sophistication, being the ultimate home for those of you who love contemporary apartments that stand out from the crowd with their impressive design and décor elements.
The apartment is defined by its high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass walls that provide the occupants with some beautiful views over the area and fill up the space with natural light, thus enhancing its modern appearance. An also dominating element is the powerful contrast offered by the apartment’s color palette, which consists mostly in dark accents that oppose the also defining white ones. Your attention will surely be captured by the geometrical forms that define some of the fittings, as these are some of the most important accessories that define this apartment.
