The Butterfly House by Kevin Vallely Design is Both Charming And Unique

The Butterfly House is an inspiring residential project that certainly stands out from the crowd and will probably capture your attention when passing it by. This modern piece of architecture was designed by Kevin Vallely Design and is situated in Vancouver, Canada. The name of the home is given by its irregular roof shape, which makes the overall appearance resemble with a butterfly that has its wings spread.

The residence is surrounded by forest and blends in nicely with the natural elements through the natural materials that define it, such as wood, concrete and glass. The beautiful natural greenery that embraces the home can be admired through the floor to ceiling glass walls. These also help with the natural illumination of the home, as its interior is bathed in natural light and looks very warm and welcoming.
