The action-movie star purchased it in 2004 for $6.3 million, so he made some serious profit off it. Anyways, the mansion, which was originally built in 1928, offers over 10,000 square feet of luxurious living spaces which consist in 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, music room, staff room, library and more. The outside is also rich in features and promises to offer a wonderful experience of relaxation to its future owners and their guests. The large pool area features a patio and a built-in barbeque and there’s also a tennis court for enhancing the fun. The interior of the residence is nothing short of elegant and luxurious, being a combination between modern and traditional that makes the home look very comfortable and welcoming.
