The 20 Oldest Homes in the United States

6. Thomas Little House in Marshfield, MA

Unlike the other homes on this list, the Thomas Little House does not appear to be on the National Register of Historic Places, despite being built in 1650. For that matter, very little information is available about this beautifully maintained Colonial-style home that overlooks Little Pond. What we do know is that Thomas Little, the original owner, was an English lawyer who served as the constable of Marshfield, MA and that the house sold in 2016 for $585,000.
